RA Manager

Morgan Longdon is the Recovery Assistant (RA) Manager at the Gaiser Center. She earned a Criminal Justice degree from PennWest University and has been a dedicated member of the Gaiser Center team since 2021. Morgan began her career as a Recovery Assistant, gaining valuable experience supporting individuals throughout their recovery journey before advancing into a leadership role.

As the RA Manager, Morgan oversees daily operations of the residential program, supports and mentors Recovery Assistants, and collaborates closely with clinical, nursing, and leadership staff to ensure a safe, structured, and recovery-focused environment. She is passionate about developing staff, improving operational processes, and creating systems that promote compassionate care.

Morgan believes in leading by example and is committed to fostering a positive culture where both staff and clients can thrive. She is dedicated to supporting her team and helping provide high-quality, person-centered care to individuals on their path to recovery.

Morgan has been with the Gaiser Center since 2021.
