Kara Nastasi

Community Engagement Specialist

Kara Nastasi is the Community Engagement Specialist at the Gaiser Center. She earned her master’s degree in organizational leadership from Robert Morris University and brings 20 years of experience in leadership, management, and training roles.

Kara is passionate about helping organizations thrive and is committed to strengthening community connections through thoughtful outreach and support.

In her new role, Kara will focus on supporting outreach initiatives across Butler County and Southwestern PA, engaging donors and encouraging client referrals. Kara always emphasizes self-care and wellness so Gasier staff can maintain a healthy balance between their work and personal lives.

Kara has been with the Gaiser Center since 2023.
