Chuck Biedka
Counselor
Chuck Biedka joined The Gaiser Center in Spring 2026 as a counselor in the Men’s Program. He brings more than 10 years of experience in the behavioral health field, having served in a variety of roles supporting individuals on their journey toward recovery.
Chuck earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University in 2017. His experience as a case manager, working in a methadone clinic, an executive rehabilitation center, and a halfway house has allowed him to work with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and circumstances. These diverse experiences have given Chuck a fuller understanding of the human experience and the unique challenges, strengths, and perspectives each individual brings to their recovery journey.
Through these experiences, Chuck developed a strong passion for helping others pursue recovery and build meaningful, successful lives. His approach is grounded in person-centered care, with a focus on empowering each individual to recognize their strengths, build confidence, and discover that they, too, can achieve recovery—today.
Chuck has been with the Gaiser Center since 2026.
