THE BASICS

Clients can take advantage of several different levels of treatment intensity. Our outpatient programs utilize an effective method of treatment for individuals who are successfully living and/or working independently in the community. All outpatient programs offer family services. For further information or enrollment, please contact Connie at the Outpatient Department at 724-285-2293.

OUT PATIENT PROGRAMS

O.P. (Out Patient)

Outpatient (“O.P.”) is a weekly program where clients attend one AM group per week lasting 1.5 hours each. These sessions focus on relapse prevention and maintaining sobriety. Clients also have the option of attending weekly individual sessions with the group therapist to enhance the treatment process. (For those clients whose schedule cannot accommodate the weekly group, individual therapy sessions alone are available.)

I.O.P. (Intensive Out Patient)

Intensive Out Patient (“I.O.P.”) is intended for chemically dependent individuals. Clients attend three group therapy sessions per week (each session lasts three hours); program duration is eight weeks, or 24 group sessions. Available in both AM and PM sessions.
